All orders will be tailored exclusively for you, composed of three lines: 

Custom-made order, made to measure and ready to wear size range.

All hand made in house, Melbourne Australia.


The creation and delivery of the ready to wear collection, can take between 2 to 4 months from the purchase date, depending on the complexity of the design and quantity. However, for sizes that are readily available, we prioritize efficiency and aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 5 business days.

For those seeking a unique fit, our made-to-measure service is the perfect solution. By selecting from our collection, clients can have a dress tailored to their exact measurements, ensuring a flawless fit.  With an additional fee of $100.

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries.

Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. 

Once the order is made and ready to be dispatched we will notify you of the cost. 


Orders are shipped from Australia with DHL 

Standard orders 3-10 business days from dispatch AUD $100 (inclusive of global duties).


All delivery dates are indicated only as approximate. 

NARMIN TELLO is not responsible for any delays caused by delivery services or international customs clearance processes. 


Do not worry, such delays do not occur all the time, but it is necessary to take into account the possibility of their occurrence. 

However if this does happen, please don't hesitate to contact us at narmintello@outlook.com 


If your item arrived in poor condition or damaged, please contact us immediately at narmintello@outlook.com and provide us with photos confirming the problem. 

We will do our best to solve this problem quickly and replace the damaged item.


Our production timeline typically ranges from 2 to 6 months, ensuring each gown receives the attention it deserves. Given the time frame, the process of tailoring, fitting, and refining each garment, we recommend placing your order 6-9 months prior to your event date. This time-frame allows the opportunity to address any final adjustments or details, minimizing last-minute stress. 

By planning well in advance, clients can enjoy a relaxed and collaborative experience, ensuring that their dress not only fits perfectly but also embodies their vision for their special day. 


For those in need of a quicker turnaround, rush orders are possible subject to our current schedule and the complexity of the gown's design.

Fees for priority/rush orders are 20% of the purchase price of your gown

The cost of a custom-made gown is indeed influenced by various factors, including the intricacy of the design, the details, and the quality of the fabric used. 

Starting from a base price of AUD $750, the price can escalate up to AUD $10,000, reflecting the labour and materials required for more elaborate creations. 

This price range of course includes of separate pieces, like a bodice and skirt,


Unfortunately, custom made service is not available to order online.

Creating a custom made gown involves a meticulous process of tailoring to ensure a perfect fit, from the initial mock-up to the final fitting. 

This level of customization typically requires physical contact for precise measurements and adjustments. which is why such services are not available online. 


Consequently, ready-to-wear garments can be adjusted to fit the unique specifications, for a made-to-measure option.

Virtual consultations are available for custom-made gowns. Please contact us to schedule an in-person fitting appointment. 


Yes, a flexible payment plan is a convenient option for those who can't afford to pay in full upfront. The total cost can be split into four manageable instalments. 

The initial payment is due only when you decide to commence with the gown's production. Subsequent payments are scheduled throughout the production period, ensuring ease of budgeting. The final instalment is completed close to the date when the finished gown is ready for collection.


Hire service is not available at the moment. 

However, if NARMIN TELLO in the future opts to offer selected designs for hire, 

she plans to promote this service through social media channels, such as Instagram and Facebook, as well as her official website, to notify her audience.


Yes, only on orders from NARMIN TELLO ready to wear collection and custom-made. 


In many instances, we are able to accommodate a few minor design modifications to tailor the dress to your specific requests. 

Please be aware that not all design requests can be fulfilled due to constraints in the original design or fabric construction. Customizing a design may result in additional charges, as it requires extra time and effort to make the requested modifications.


Before purchasing, we recommend you carefully taking your measurements. Following our size chart.

Should your measurements fall into differing size brackets, we do offer made to measure as an option for many of our gowns. 

We recommend measuring yourself with a soft measuring tape in centimetres or inches.


For the bust: It's important to measure where the chest is fullest. 

The centre of your bra cup.


For waist:  Measurement should be taken at the natural waistline.

Wrap the measuring tape around the smallest part of your waist, typically around your lowest rib.


For hips: Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips, typically at the top of the buttocks. It should be at the fullest part to ensure the gown drapes beautifully. 


Length of dress: Measure from waist to floor. Make sure to include the measurement of your heels.


Made-to-measure options provide a tailored fit, ideal for when standard sizing doesn't match one's unique proportions. With an additional fee of $100.
