NARMIN TELLO custom made and made to measure collection.
Please note: Gowns in NARMIN TELLO Collection are tailored to fit your individual measurements.
By placing an order, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined, which govern the sale of all gowns in the collection. Each gown is crafted to meet your specific measurements as detailed in the order. Capitalized terms within these Terms and Conditions are defined for clarity and are highlighted in bold at their initial mention, as per the attached Order Agreement Form or as specified within the document.
ORDERING
Upon placing your order and paying the deposit, an appointment will be scheduled for you to pick up your gown. Alternatively, delivery arrangements can be made if agreed upon. Your order details will be clearly outlined in your order confirmation, ensuring that the Terms and Conditions are adhered to and the transaction for the gown is completed as agreed.
RUSH ORDERS
Fees for priority/rush orders are $200 of the purchase price of your gown
We may terminate this Agreement and cancel your online order for the product,
but only if:
you have breached a term of this Agreement;
we are no longer engaged in trade or commerce;
any amounts owing to NARMIN TELLO are overdue by more than 30 days or
the product is no longer available.
If we cancel your order, we will endeavor to provide you with reasonable notice of that cancellation and will refund to you all the amounts paid by you under this Agreement.
If you cancel your order in accordance to Terms and Conditions we will refund any amounts paid by you under this Agreement less the full value of any gifted product received less the termination fee. The termination fee payable by you is 90% of the purchase price.
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach of the terms herein, subject to any applicable provisions regarding termination and remedies.
In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for any completed services or expenses incurred by NARMIN TELLO up to the date of termination, and NARMIN TELLO shall promptly return any unused portion of the Client's deposit, if applicable.
When purchasing a custom made gown, the total price, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST), is clearly stated in Australian Dollars. Payment can be made in full or, upon special request, in instalments. A 30% deposit is required on the order date, followed by the balance, which is due seven days before the pick-up or on day of collection.
Payments can be made via direct debit, cash or online. It's important to adhere to the payment schedule. The creation of the gown begins only after the deposit is received, and the gown is only released once full payment is made.
Customers are entitled to place their order on hold for a maximum duration of 12 months. Should you choose to reactivate the Order within this period, a reinstatement fee, amounting to $200 of the original order price, will be applicable. Failure to reinstate the Order within the allotted Hold Period will result in the cancellation of the Order and the application of termination fees as detailed in our terms and conditions.
Please note that variations in colour, trim or fabric of your Gown may vary slightly from any sample gown we have supplied or shown to you. You must thoroughly inspect your gown at the Pick-Up Appointment and advise us if you believe there are any flaws or other issues with your gown. We will discuss any concerns you have and take steps to remedy them, where appropriate. If your Gown is delivered, you must thoroughly inspect your gown as soon as possible after delivery. After delivery, if you consider your own to have any flaws, please take photographs and email to orders @narmintello@outlook.com
The timeline process of custom-made, typically ranges from 2 to 6 months, ensuring each gown receives the attention it deserves. Given the time frame the process of tailoring, fitting, and refining each garment. we recommend placing your order 6-9 months prior to your event date. This time-frame allows the opportunity to address any final adjustments or details, minimizing last-minute stress.
By planning well in advance, clients can enjoy a relaxed and collaborative experience, ensuring that their dress not only fits perfectly but also embodies their vision for their special day.
ORDER & FITTING PROCESS
Upon the confirmation of your order with a signed agreement and a deposit, we will promptly arrange your dress fitting sessions. While we strive to adhere to the scheduled times, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments, if necessary, especially in cases of unforeseen delays in gown preparation. To ensure a seamless fitting experience at
NARMIN TELLO studio, please bring the heels you intend to wear at your event.
Should you need to reschedule, we kindly request a notice period of at least 7 days. Remember, planning for potential delays is crucial in the timeline of your order and event scheduling.
FLUCTUATIONS
When finalizing a dress fitting, it's important to acknowledge the possibility of body measurement changes that may occur between the last fitting and the pickup date. Should alterations be necessary due to such fluctuations, a fee of $100 plus GST per hour will be applied. These terms, including any additional work and associated costs, will be clearly communicated and agreed upon beforehand. It's also crucial to understand that refunds or compensation are not provided if the gown cannot be worn due to these measurement changes.
The creation and delivery of the ready to wear collection, can take between 2 to 4 months from the purchase date, depending on the complexity of the design and quantity. However, for sizes that are readily available, we prioritize efficiency and aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 5 business days.

TITLE & DELIVERY
The transfer of ownership for a product, free from any liens or claims, typically occurs once the final payment is made. In scenarios where goods, such as a gown, are shipped, and the agreement is terminated post-dispatch, the recipient is usually required to reject the delivery. This ensures that the product is returned to the sender, and in such cases, the cost of return is borne by the recipient, not the sender. It's a standard practice in many purchase agreements to protect both the buyer and seller's interests.
The policy for custom made or made to measure orders.
Given that these garments are tailored to individual specifications, refunds or exchanges aren't typically offered for changes of mind or other circumstances like wedding cancellations.
However, if there's a fault with the garment, you can email an image of the issue to narmintello@outlook.com. We will assess it and either repair the dress or provide a full refund (minus deposit). It's crucial to be certain about your design choice before placing an order and signing the agreement.
If your custom-made or made-to-measure dress doesn't match the measurements we have on record, please send it back to us or make an appointment to see
NARMIN TELLO. We will assess the issue and either adjust the sizes or remake the dress to ensure it fits correctly. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to provide you with the perfect fit and have it ready for your event.
For custom-made orders, we understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel.
Please note that after making the deposit payment, you will lose 30% of the total custom-made order cost, due to fabric ordering expenses, even if the actual making of your gown has not yet commenced. It's always best to be certain before proceeding with such personalized orders to avoid any unnecessary charges.

Returns are made for standard dresses without individual changes. The dress must be in new condition, with the tags saved and not worn. In order to return the garment, contact us via email within 3 days after receiving the dress.
In the event that a shipping issue arises due to an error on the part of NARMIN TELLO, the cost associated with the shipping will be assumed by NARMIN TELLO. This coverage includes any additional expenses incurred as a direct result of the error, ensuring that the customer is not financially responsible for the mistake. It is part of our commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase, so if exceptional circumstances arise that prevent the order from being delivered on time or with the required characteristics and quality, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
In this case, we will contact you by email and refund the full cost of the paid purchase.
If your item arrived in poor condition or damaged, please contact us immediately at narmintello@outlook.com and provide us with photos confirming the problem.
We will do our best to solve this problem quickly and replace the damaged item.

Furthermore, it outlines the terms under which customers grant promotional rights to the company NARMIN TELLO, allowing the use of customer-posted photographs and videos featuring 'The Gown' for marketing purposes, unless a written objection is provided by the customer.
The provisions outlined in the agreement ensure that the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Common Law Jurisdiction are upheld. These guarantees are integral to the contract and cannot be waived or altered.
However, the liability of the service provider is limited in certain situations, such as damage caused by the consumer to the product, or unforeseen events beyond control, known as Force Majeure Events, that may impact delivery times.
Any loss suffered by you in relation to this Agreement as a result of you breaching these Terms and Conditions
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
These Terms and Conditions may not be modified or amended except in writing signed by the parties. The rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions may be assigned or transferred by either party without the need for consent of the other party.
